Yes, you can get a Btech college but I am not sure about a good Btech college and specifically doing CSE i.e computer engineering but yeah if you are interested in other branches of engineering then you can have a good chance to get a college, make sure you do a proper choice filling and utilize its full use.
By the way, the choice fillings are open from today that is from 14th September 2021 if your document verification is successfully done.
